Welcome to the 2019 Waldorf Wildcats Football Registration


Registration for the 2019 Waldorf Wildcats Football season is now open until August 31, 2019.   Cost for the 2019 Football season is $230.00.  Multi-children discount in the amount of $20.00 per child after the first child are available.  Children must reside in the same house to be eligible for the multi-child discount.  Submit your registration and 50% of the fee by June 15th in order to guarantee your child’s personalize uniform sizing, Jersey number selection and equipment.  Payment in full is due on or before August 15th in order to receive your child's uniform.  Please note anyone who wishes to purchase their own helmet and shoulder pads will not receive a lesser registration fee. All REGISTERED FOOTBALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE A CURRENT MARYLAND ID CARD, MILITARY ID OR PASSPORT IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY GAMES!!!!!!!

All registration forms not having a correct home e-mail address or missing one will be returned to the person registering the individual(s). Only two registered family members of children will be able to receive mass emails from our organization. It is a vital part of our club’s communication to have a valid email address for every member in our club.  

The cost for registration is $230.00 and includes the following items:

  • Reversible game jerseys 
  • 2 pair of game pants
  • 1 pair of game socks
  • shoulder pad rental
  • helmet rental
  • trophy
  • league & ref fees for all SMYAC games
  • approximately 8-10 games with a possible post season game
  • team snack fee (team mom/coach will purchase snacks for the team to cover all SMYAC games during the current season)

**Please note some teams may request additional funds for breast cancer and homecoming items for the kids.  The coaches and team moms of Waldorf Youth Sports pride themselves on making the season fun and exciting.  We believe in working together as a family.  Please feel free to share ideas and ways to enhance the season with your coaches and team moms.**  A multi-child discount will only apply for children in the same household.  Any person claiming multi-child discount is subject to verification of children being in same household.  Proof may be required (i.e. copy of lease or report card).

As a non-profit organization, we try to keep the fees as low as possible to ensure everyone has a chance to participate. We are forced to make decisions on equipment, uniforms, and pay insurance months before the season starts to ensure everyone has the equipment they need to participate in our activities. Due to the fact that we must make these decisions so far in advance, the following refunds will be granted only if an email or letter is postmarked by the date deadlines listed below. There will be no exceptions to the following rules.  No refunds will be given until all equipment has been returned.  

Fall Football deadline: AFTER August 1st minus $135 administrative fee; AFTER August 31st, 2019 NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED
