Welcome to the 2024 Waldorf Wildcats Fall Cheer Registration

Registration for the 2024 Waldorf Wildcats Fall Cheer season is now open until Sept 13, 2024.   50% of the total registration fee is due before uniform sizing.  Registration fees must be paid in full before any cheerleader can receive their uniform to participate in regular season games.  Uniform sizing will begin the end of June and the order will be placed on or before Wednesday July 3rd.  Any sizing performed after the order date will be subject to the uniform sizes already in stock or a delay in uniform arrival.  The  cost schedule for the 2023 Fall Cheer season is  as follows:

 

February 5 – March 31 - $210

April 1 – June 14 - $220

June 15 – August 4 - $235

August 5 - September 13 $250 (or until each team is full)

 All registration forms not having a correct home e-mail address or missing one will be returned to the person registering the individual(s). Only two registered family members of children will be able to receive mass emails from our organization. It is a vital part of our clubs communication to have a valid email address for every member in our club.   

The cost for registration includes the following items:

  • uniform (top and skirt)
  • warm up (pants and jacket)
  • 1 game day bow
  • 1 pair of game socks
  • 1 Breast Cancer Awareness Bow
  • trophy
  • SMYAC league fees
  • approximately 8-10 games with a possible post season game
  • 1 County Competition

As a non-profit organization, we try to keep the fees as low as possible to ensure everyone has a chance to participate. We are forced to make decisions on equipment, uniforms, and pay insurance months before the season starts to ensure everyone has the equipment they need to participate in our activities and to retain field permits for practice and games. Due to the fact that we must make these decisions so far in advance, the following refunds will be granted only if an email or letter is postmarked by the date deadlines listed below.

Fall Sideline Cheer deadline: AFTER registration minus $30 After uniform order minus $145.  After August 10th NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNLESS EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES ARE AGREED UPON BY THE EXECUTIVE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
