Registration for the 2020 Waldorf Wildcats Winter Basketball season is canceled. All registration forms not having a correct home e-mail address or missing one will be returned to the person registering the individual(s). Only two registered family members of children will be able to receive mass emails from our organization. It is a vital part of our club’s communication to have a valid email address for every member in our club. Submit your full registration fee by January 5, 2018 in order to guarantee your child’s roster spot. The cost for registration is $185 and includes the following items:
- uniform (jersey and shorts)
- SMSA league fees
- AAU registration
- end of the season medal
- approximately 8-10 games (Upward Bound League)***
- *****AAU tournament fees are a separate cost to be determined during the season*****
A multi-child discount will apply for children in the same household. Any person claiming multi-child discount is subject to verification of children being in same household. Proof may be required (i.e. copy of lease or report card).
As a non-profit organization, we try to keep the fees as low as possible to ensure everyone has a chance to participate. We are forced to make decisions on equipment, uniforms, and pay insurance months before the season starts to ensure everyone has the equipment they need to participate in any sport WYS offers. Due to the fact that we must make these decisions so far in advance, the following refunds will be granted only if an email or letter is postmarked by the date deadlines listed below. There will be no exceptions to the following rules. No refunds will be given until all equipment has been returned. Refunds will be dispersed via check only.
